We own and manage 20 properties in Texas, 14 in DFW alone. John and his crew have done excellent roofing work for us on several buildings, but we use him as one of our primary contractors on many other types of work from framing, siding, complete rehabs due to fire or water damage, as well as emergency repairs. I have worked with him for 2 years now on about 12 projects totaling approx $2mil in capital work. VPC’s agreed to budgets and time lines have always been met. Because of how thorough John is, there are very few change orders on his jobs, and he often is completed before the dates established.
Long and short, I could not recommend Valentine more strongly.
